Engineered with ResMed’s AdaptiSeal™ technology, this cushion provides a comfortable, secure seal, adapting to the contours of your face to ensure uninterrupted sleep. Its soft silicone design is free of hard parts like metal, latex or screws, offering superior comfort whether you sleep on your back, side, or stomach.

This replacement cushion is compatible only with the ResMed AirFit F40 Mask and its components. To maintain an optimal seal and performance, it is recommended to replace your cushion regularly. It is available in three sizes: Small-Wide, Medium, and Large

Contraindications & Warnings

This headgear contains magnet clips. CPAP masks with magnetic components should not be used by patients or near individuals with: 

  • Active medical implants that interact with magnets (e.g., pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICD), neurostimulators, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) shunts, insulin/infusion pumps).
  • Metallic implants/objects containing ferromagnetic material (e.g., aneurysm clips/flow disruption devices, embolic coils, stents, valves, electrodes, implants to restore hearing or balance with implanted magnets, ocular implants, metallic splinters in the eye).
